Booking Fee
Onsite concierge travel and booking fee of $100 applied to all customers who want a service provider to come to their location. We travel locally and outside of Los Angeles as well as nationally and internationally.
cancellation/reschedule policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel weekday appointments. For weekend appointments, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within these timeframes will incur a 50% charge of the services booked.
Same day cancellations, no shows, or late arrivals that prevent completion of services will be charged 100% of the services booked.
This policy ensures availability for all clients and helps us maintain our schedule efficiently.
